Accounting
The institution adopts a standard accounting system for keeping records of the financial accounts of the College. All financial collections of the college are received against valid receipts. All the expenses of the College are also usually on pre-approved heads of expense or at least on post-approved heads of expense. Fee payments by students are recorded also on the register of fee payment details for purpose of comprehensive record-keeping.
The institution also follows the rule of yearly audits of its accounts and records its financial audit reports by a registered auditor.
