To meet the demands of a rapidly changing environment of the legal profession and meet the needs of the legal profession and in contributing to the advancement of our understanding of the law, legal institutions, and society at large. The primary mission of Karimganj Law College is to provide its students with a foundation of knowledge, skills, and ethical values needed for a career in law. A good system of legal education should expose students to all the practical legal theories and doctrines, and give them the practical skills that are expected of them as lawyers. In order to achieve its mission, the college has been striving to create, a community of outstanding legal scholars, teachers, and students who are among the best and the brightest.

Vision
Karimganj Law College has a multilayer vision with an objective to impart education regarding the constitutional philosophy of India, to inculcate the value of the rule of law, and strive to develop scientific temperament, humanism, and the spirit of inquiry and reform.
Through its sustained academic activities, it strives to impart a holistic legal approach and thereby to prepare students as competent legal professionals, committed to the cause of the community and to conduct social-legal research with a pragmatic approach thereby promoting empowerment through legal education for building a society grounded on a legal and ethical foundation.”
