Awards
Karimganj Law College confers the award of SAILENDRA SEKHAR DUTTA MEMORIAL AWARD to the best graduate of the institution every year. The Award Carries a Medal and an amount of cash as recognition of his/her achievement. The award is sponsored by his son Sri Mrinal Kanti Dutta [Lecturer, Karimganj College] to commemorate the contribution of his father Late Sailendra Sekhar Dutta, a former lecturer of Karimganj College and Karimganj Law College.
The Unity Education Foundation, a Gauhati based NGO, active in socio-legal and educational development, offered Gold Medal to the First Topper of the University from the College Smt. Sabina Rehman Choudhury and Silver Medal to the Second topper of the University from the College Sri Pritam Das in 2019.
The Unity Education Foundation has also given assurance to sponsor a Gold Medal in the name of the Founder Principal of the College Late Mohboobur Rahman which will be conferred to the best Graduate of the College every year.
