Nibedita Datta is a localite of Karimganj municipal board itself and therefore, she completed most of her education from Karimganj town itself. After completing her LL.B. from Karimganj Law College she joined in the Department of Law, Gauhati University. She is first class in LL.M. with specialisation in Human Right. She is very punctual and dedicated in her teaching profession. Her dissertation was on ‘Analytical Study on the role of National Human Rights Commission.’ She has attended a number of seminars and guided students in different co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the students.
